Which Sweetner? Truvia, Splenda, Stevia, Equal, OMG!

Every one of these I have used, and they all seem replace sugar with almost no calories. The only thing I can say from experience is that equal (aspartame) has a funny taste when used in recipies that have to be heated/cooked/baked. Any way here is a desert recipie we have been making a lot of late using any of the above. I don't have the specific nutritional information, sorry. But I know it is yummy and low fat low calorie.
       Strawberry or Blueberry Jello Stuff
2 pkgs free strawberry or blueberry jello
1 pkg frozen strawberries or blueberries
1 large or 2 small cans crushed pineapple
    10 pkgs. sweetner
    1 8oz. pkg no-fat cream cheese
1 cup no fat sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla

In your favorite 8x13 pan make 1 pkg of jello and dissolve leaving out the cold water. Add 1/2 of the pineapple (not drained) and 1/2 of the frozen berries. Stir and put in fridge until solid. In a bowl cream the cream cheese, sweetner, sour cream and vanilla. Spread evenly on solid jello mixture. Refigerate. Wash the bowl you just used, make the second pkg of jello, and leave out the cold water. Add the rest of the pineapple and frozen berries. Quickly pour on top of the cream chese mixture, even out and refrigerate until firm.

Try Splenda. I have not tried Stevia yet though so it might be good. The recipe sounds yummy. I love pineapple.

I love Splenda, myself. Hmmm, that does sound yummy. Anything with cream cheese is perfect in my book.
